The Infinity fryer is like no other. It's unique pre-mix burner system and heat exchanger is very reliable and ensures incredibly fast heat up and recovery times whilst at the same time offering significant savings in oil and energy consumption. The inbuilt filtration system extends oil life and improves the quality and consistency of the food. On top of this, only 16 litres of oil is needed to fill the pan, much less than traditional fryer models. The hourly chip capacity of this fryer is 50kg.
