F900 series

Our F900 Series is designed to set the standard in professional catering equipment, by delivering the perfect combination of form and function. On one level all the products in the range deliver the practical, robust and reliable performance that the industry expects from a Falcon product, on the other the F900 Series features elegant, distinctive styling making it ideal for modern kitchens.

The F900 Series comprises a comprehensive choice of professional catering equipment, including ranges, boiling tops, griddles, chargrills, fryers, induction, pasta cooker, bratt pans, boiling pans, bain marie, chip scuttle and rise and fall grill, as well as a range of cabinets, stands and infill units to finish off the cookline.

Form
Good design is when form and function come together in perfect balance. This is illustrated with the new F900 Series. Modern manufacturing processes such as projection welding allow clean, distinctive styling and precision build. This, combined with optional extras such as hob rails and kick strips result in a product range that is ideal for front of house. There's even a specially designed cabinet to locate a standard Falcon combination oven, making your whole cookline look seamless. See our F900 finishing touches for more details.

Function
Subtle and intelligent design, constructed using proven industry-leading components makes the F900 Series the perfect choice for busy kitchens. 304 culinary grade stainless steel combined with a 2mm thick hob ensure products will withstand even the most harsh kitchen environments. With features such as high-power burners and hot plates offering fast heat-up times and fryers with built in filtration to extend oil life, functionality is at the heart of F900 design.

Functionality isn’t only for cooking performance. All F900 gas models can be converted onsite quickly and easily to operate using natural, propane or butane gas. Servicing can be carried out from the front of the unit, saving time and causing the minimum of disruption to busy working kitchens. They can also be connected to the gas supply from below or the rear of the unit, again offering choices at the installation stage.
