The all new Oracle high-speed oven is the ideal choice for when you want to offer hot food fast without compromising quality. Perfect for cafés, bistros, snack bars, quick service restaurants, service stations and sports clubs, as well as schools, universities and hotel room service.

Oracle delivers flexibility and speed to any kitchen, allowing the operator to switch effortlessly between high speed oven and combi-wave modes depending on the food needing cooked. It features 3 cooking technologies - microwave, fan-assisted convection and impingement and two separate cooking modes - high speed oven (which uses all 3 technologies) and Combi Wave, where the user can select from microwave, convection or a combination of both, offering maximum flexibility for the operator.

Oracle is easy to install due to a number of factors - it fits on a standard commercial kitchen counter, is supplied with a 13A plug (32A model also available) and features the Oracle Odorless System which reduces steam and odours, negating the need for extraction. Cleaning is also fast with the rapid cooling system and the Oracle Wash Box that protects the oven chamber and can be easily removed for cleaning. Cleaning chemicals are also available to prevent grease from sticking to the oven chamber or to remove any existing grease.

The 7" touch-screen display can be configured to suit the user's requirements, showing only those recipes that are required for your menu. Other food items can be easily added and timings amended, as well as being able to upload your own images for instant recognition.

Wifi connectivity as standard where recipes can be uploaded and shared via the Nabook plus platform, which contains programs and advice from operators all around the world.

Available in stainless steel, red or black, the Oracle is perfect for the kitchen or front of house.
