For anyone looking for equipment to be delivered before Christmas, orders must be received and processed by Tuesday 12th December (subject to stock availability).
We have limited slots available for those looking to take delivery of equipment in the first week of January. Anyone looking for delivery this week should have their order received and processed by Friday 15th December.
For spare parts, orders must be placed by Tuesday 19th December for delivery before Christmas (subject to stock availability). Any orders placed after this date will not be processed until Thursday 4th January and will be delivered as soon as possible after then.
We will have cover to process emergency warranty calls from Wednesday 27th - Friday 29th December inclusive. This should be requested via email only to firstname.lastname@example.org
