Christmas and New Year Opening 

We close at 16.30 hours on Monday 23rd December for Christmas and re-open at 08.30 hours on Friday 6th January 2025.

Any inward deliveries to Falcon must be made before 11am on Monday 23rd December. Any regular outward orders requiring delivery before Christmas should be placed by Tuesday 17th December (subject to stock availability).

We are also able to ship products (again subject to stock availability) via overnight transport for deliveries required before Christmas, but these must be placed before 10am on Friday 20th December.

For Spare Parts, orders must be placed by Friday 20th December for delivery before Christmas (subject to stock availability).  Any orders placed after this date will not be processed until Monday 6th January 2025 and will be delivered as soon as possible after then.
 

Warranty Service

Our service department will be offering email-only cover for emergency warranty calls only on Tuesday 24th December, Monday 30th December, Tuesday 31st December and Friday 3rd January and will return to the office on Monday 6th January.

During the period where the Falcon offices are shut the service department will only be contactable by email on service@falconfoodservice.com
