modern manufacturing

Our Stirling headquarters are nestled in the Ochil Hills, just below the Wallace monument, in one of Scotland’s most beautiful locations.  But don’t let the serene surroundings fool you – this is a centre of British manufacturing excellence and a hive of innovation and productive activity.

Modern Manufacturing Base
Flexibility is one of our greatest strengths. Our modern factory and experienced, highly-skilled workforce enable us to react quickly to changing market needs by reallocating tasks and priorities as and when required.

We’ve invested in state-of-the-art equipment to ensure we can manufacture products more rapidly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest quality controls.

New technology and automation has increased productivity. In recent years our sheet metal area has seen significant investment, with the addition of a number of automated plant, such as a 4kW Amada F1 laser, Salvagnini L5 laser, Salvagnini P4 bender and Amada HG ATC bender, all of which add flexibility, speed and capacity to our operation.
We work with specialist companies on continually improving our operations. An example of this is our partnership with a UK robotics company to develop innovative systems such as our unique corner welding plant.

In addition to guaranteeing consistency and quality, such investments free up our people, allowing them to carry out other roles.  Falcon's dedicated and dependable factory personnel have extensive experience that makes it easy for them to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities. Each person takes a pride in their work to ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest possible standards.
