We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and enthusiastic Development & Demonstration Chef to bring our industry-leading catering equipment to life. This role is all about showcasing, training and inspiring, working hand-in-hand with our Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure chefs get the very best out of our products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Put Our Equipment to the Test – Demonstrate and trial our catering equipment, making sure it delivers top-tier performance for chefs and foodservice operators.

Be the Host with the Most – Welcome visitors to our factory kitchen, using your culinary skills and product knowledge to support the sales process.

Train & Educate – Provide hands-on training and expert guidance to customers, distributors, and internal teams, helping them master our equipment.

Shape Product Innovation – Work closely with the Product Development team, offering insights, feedback, and creative ideas for new and existing products.

Create Engaging Content – Collaborate with Marketing and external agencies to produce exciting content for our website, social media, and customer materials.

Stay Ahead of the Game – Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor products and emerging technologies, ensuring we stay one step ahead.

Support & Solve – Be a go-to resource for our customers, troubleshooting, problem-solving and maximising their experience with our equipment.

Expand Our Reach – Engage with local catering operators to grow and manage our trial site database, helping us refine and improve our products.

The Person

If you are a natural communicator who enjoys building relationships and has a keen eye for marketing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

This is a vital role within the company as the chef is effectively the public face of Falcon. You must be passionate about the Falcon brand and be able to effectively communicate our messages to the foodservice industry. 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate different audiences.
• Proven experience as a professional chef in a commercial kitchen (preferably with experience in large-scale or high-volume catering).
• A strong understanding of professional kitchen operations across different sectors and catering equipment in general.
• A passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new cooking techniques and technologies.
• The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.
• The role is based at our Stirling headquarters but there will be the need to travel for customer visits, demonstrations, and industry events and work away from home.
