With two rectangular cast iron hotplates and two fast-acting circular hotplates and a large 2/1 GN compatible oven, the electric Dominator Plus E3101 4HP is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment available for the modern kitchen. The oven has five shelf positions, with two shelves supplied as standard and a temperature range of 100-250°C.
