The G3117S has a 2/1 gastronorm compatible 7.1kW oven with a wide temperature range and five shelf positions, making it versatile and ideal for preparing a wide range of food, while providing a convenient working height for loading and unloading the oven.

The oven features 5 shelf positions and is supplied with 2 shelves as standard. The feet are adjustable up to 100mm and castors are available as an optional accessory.
