With a high-efficiency burner system that delivers fast heat-up and recovery times whilst reducing energy usage, the G3840FP programmable single pan, twin basket fryer is ideal for any kitchen with high demand for fried food.

This model can have 4 different cooking times programmed, to make life easier for kitchen staff, who just need to press a button and the program starts. This ensures consistency of results, regardless of who's cooking.

The unique pan design is easy to clean and requires just 18 litres of oil and can produce 34kgs of chips per hour. The unit is supplied with everything required to fry, including fish grid, 2 baskets and lid as well as a drain bucket for when you need to change / filter your oil.

The G3840P is supplied on feet as standard. Accessories include castors and sidescreens.
