The elements deliver fast heat up and recovery times, the filtration system extends the life of the oil while only one pan needs to be switched on during quieter service times, all leading to efficiencies in energy usage, time and running costs. With each pan only requiring 10 litres of oil to produce 25kg chips per hour (per pan), the E422FX is the answer to your frying needs.
