The elements deliver fast heat up and recovery times. This all leads to efficiencies in energy usage, time and running costs. It takes just 10 litres of oil per pan to produce 25kg chips per pan per hour.

Inbuilt filtration allows the operator to filter the oil quickly and easily, even during service, maintaining the oil quality and therefore the quality of the food being produced. Regular filtration can also significantly prolong the oil life, offering cost savings to the business.
