Extremely efficient elements and two individually-operated pans make the E3845P one of the best fryers available today. The elements deliver fast heat up and recovery times. This all leads to efficiencies in energy usage and running costs as only one pan is required during quieter periods. Twin pans also more confidently allow for the provision of allergen-free as they can be produced in their own separate pan. It takes just 10 litres of oil per pan to produce 25kg chips per pan per hour.

This model can have 4 different cooking times programmed per pan, to make life easier for kitchen staff, who just need to press a button and the program starts. This ensures consistency of results, regardless of who's cooking.

The Falcon Angel Fryer oil level sensor is a unique safety sensor that prevents fryer fires and flare-ups caused by low or no oil. The sensor monitors oil level in the pan and alerts the operator when oil levels are low. If oil continues to drop to a potentially dangerous level the sensor cuts power to the fryer, with the fryer disabled until oil is replenished. The unit will also be disabled if there is no oil in the pan and the operator tries to switch it on. This model features a sensor in each pan.

The unit is supplied with everything required to fry, including 2 fish grids, 2 baskets and lid, as well as a drain bucket for when you need to manually change / filter your oil.

The E3845XP is supplied on feet as standard. Accessories include castors and sidescreens.
