The SAG202BV direct steam electric combination oven has clear, easy to use manual controls that allow the user to choose between the three cooking modes - convection, steam or combination of both, 99 recipe storage and a 3.5" LCD colour screen, which makes it easy to call up saved recipes, washing programmes, settings etc.
This combi oven has a capacity of 20 x 2/1 GN, or 40 x 1/1 GN trays, with 63mm between shelves. The unit is supplied with an automatic washing system, an inbuilt, retractable hand shower and detergent, making it easy to keep the oven chamber in optimum condition. The detergent container is housed in a compartment under the oven chamber.
This combi is a must for those establishments catering for large banquets and functions. A host of accessories such as removable racks, plate racks and thermal covers enable large numbers of meals to be ready at the same time.
No boiler means no descaler is required, whilst also offering savings in terms of water and energy
