apetito non-warranty, service and extended warranty costs

Any non-warranty costs would be as per the below service and labour rate information. These costs will be reviewed annually and will be subject to increase.

Any existing equipment in the market would not be eligible for extended warranty and as such any repair costs would be on a pay as you go basis based on the below rates card. These costs will be reviewed annually and will be subject to increase.

Equipment in the Apetito estate should be serviced in line with SFG20 which means that all equipment supplied should be serviced twice per year. The costs per service of each item of equipment would be £238.50, this cost does not include any parts. Parts would be invoiced at the current list price and service costs would be reviewed annually and subject to increase.
The following extended warranty costs will apply;

Current product in market, non warranty costs and repairs outwith warranty as per the Apetito service and labour rate card on a pay per hour basis, as per valid labour rate card at time of call and parts at list price.

Current product in market cost per service is £238.50 and excludes any parts. These would be estimated separately at list price and labour as per valid labour rate card at time of call.  We recommend 2 service visits per year.

Standard 2 year warranty – Standard cost

In all instances the Falcon warranty policy will be applied and any non warranty issues and repair will be charged at the relevant non warranty rate at that time, with parts being invoiced at the current list price at that time.
