The CH30-11 twin-chamber cook and hold oven has been designed from the ground up to deliver precision, performance and peace of mind in every service. Each chamber is completely independent, giving true operational flexibility. If one side is being cleaned, serviced or used for a different menu, the other continues to operate seamlessly. At the heart of the CH30-11 is Falcon’s new 5” touchscreen controller – intuitive, responsive and designed around the chef’s workflow. The full-colour display uses clear icons and colour-coded action sequences, providing an instant visual summary of what’s happening inside each chamber, even from across the kitchen. Operators can easily view temperatures, timings and status updates in real time, ensuring full confidence and complete visibility throughout the cooking and holding process.
Dynamic Delta-T cooking technology carefully balances heat input to match the food’s core temperature, guaranteeing even, gentle results and exceptional yields. Overnight cooking capabilities help optimise energy use and free up valuable daytime capacity.
Servicing has been simplified too. Heating elements and key components can be accessed and replaced on site quickly and easily, reducing downtime and eliminating the need for specialist intervention.
